We have a fantastic opportunity available from our esteemed client looking for a fresh faced sports car enthusiast with good managerial and presentation skills based in the beautiful Henley on Thames. The town is overlooked by the beautiful Chiltern landscape of wooded hills and green fields. Just a few strides from the riverbank is the very heart of Henley with its historic church, town hall and market square, the latter bustling with busy stall-holders and shoppers on market days. You can also enjoy browsing the towns many boutiques. Successful candidates are offered the chance to work for this specialist broker focussing on the niche prestigious vehicle sector. The Company:

Set in the beautiful town of Henley, our client works in both Commercial and Personal lines and have grown and developed their brand with two acquisitions since being founded in 1984.
The team is split 50/50 between Commercial and Personal Lines and currently comprises of 14 team members. They are a close and friendly group with national broker backgrounds and high professional standards. It is upon this work ethos that the company has built its excellent reputation for quality and competitive relevant insurance products. They are also appointed brokers for high performance, prestige manufacturers TVR, Porsche and Aston Martin. They deal with clients large and small and each and every policy receives the same personal and professional attention.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

In a rapidly expanding Company we have a position for an Automotive and Lifestyle Manager who will be required to manage an expanding team of 3 and grow our clients? Automotive and Lifestyle Department.

There are three areas to the Department 1) Schemes Aston Martin, Porsche and TVR and shortly Bentley 2) General Motor and 3) Lifestyle which encompasses High and Mid Net Worth.

The successful candidate will have exceptional qualities which will include Impeccable Dress, Articulate verbal communication, Able to Address Board Level at High Net Worth, a good speaking voice and legible handwriting. You will also have a passion for fast cars, with a working knowledge and understanding of the four brands mentioned above. Negotiation skills with insurers are a must and you will be a forward thinker and willing to work with the team to take it forward.
