Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our global, highly successful and progressive client, a Technical Support Analyst to join a busy helpdesk team proving 24/7 support on satellite and communications systems. To be considered for this role you should have all or some of the following skills:
Essential:
- Commercial/academic experience in VSAT, SCPC or other satellite communications systems
- Commercial experience in providing technical support in a helpdesk capacity
Desirable:
- iDirect
- Experience in networking (Cisco/ Frame)
- Degree or similar in IT or Communications
