An established IT Solutions provider based in Peterborough now has an opening for a keen and enthusiastic Support Engineer to join their team. Ideal candidate will have a can do attitude and eagerness to problem solve and a keen interest in IT.

Role will involve supporting a range of clients both on the telephone/remotely and if needs be on site, tackling issues as an when they arise, including Desktop, network, application, server support both hardware and software.

(Windows, TCP/IP, Active Directory, MS Office, Exchange, Bespoke applications, Printers)


Ideally you will have some IT Support experience and an ability to problem solve, you will also have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
