This is for a Technical Analyst to work with the NHS on a new innovative project for a 3 month contract (with extension).
This role will be to produce the stage 2 requirements catalogue, create the corresponding design documentation and build and implement the technical solution. Your responsibilities will include, Requirements management, Requirements Traceability and testing, Technical design, Data modelling, Development.
Key Skills and Experience includes:
� Educated to degree level or equivalent.
� Specialist knowledge to post graduate level or equivalent experience
� Evidence of further education, training and/or CPD
� Extensive experience as a team member in a highly complex technology based project, preferably within the NHS
� Able to collate and articulate information from a variety of sources, including via interviews, workshop and published material
� Knowledge and use of requirements analysis techniques
� Experience of a variety of data modelling methodologies, tools and techniques including UML, SSADM.
� Knowledge of systems development frameworks including AGILE and RUP
� Extensive EAI knowledge
� XML manipulation and transformation including XSLT and XPath / XQuery
� Web services - SOAP, WSDL, UDDI e-GIF standards
� HL7
� Messaging technologies, web services and their ability to support a service oriented architecture (SOA).
� Experience of working within a project environment
� Understanding the wider objectives of the Programme.
