Software Support Engineer - C/C++ - Bristol, Avon required to work for an exciting, prestigious software house based in Bristol, Avon. My client have been around for 2 decades and have been at the forefront of gaming and entertainment software since. Currently they have projects which are being used and supported by the Playstation 3 platform.

The majority of their clients are games programmers, to support them you will need to gain a thorough knowledge of the products and an understanding of the C/C++ code they are developing with the products.

This is a technical support role and involves investigating, supporting and resolving customer related issues. Additionally you are likely to visit the clients to support and investigate problems, demonstrate products, and ideally make presentations about our products.

The successful candidate will be dynamic, innovative with proven knowledge and experience in C/C++.
