Our client, a top-tier City investment and retail bank, is looking for an Infrastructure Team Leader to lead a team of middleware engineers. You will be responsible for the further expansion and development of the product and team and be required to run this team and manage the prioritisation of work, handle escalations and drive the future development of the platform.

You will have experience of managing in a large-scale enterprise team environment and possibly have a UNIX Systems Administration or similar background. An understanding of SOA concepts and technologies or enterprise messaging systems would be a bonus but is not essential as full training in these areas will be given. The main emphasis for this role is man-management; it is not a technical, hands-on role.
