First Line Technical Support - Newbury, Berkshire : Up to c.£15,000pa + excellent benefits including gym membership and 25 days? holiday

An experienced first line technical support analyst is required to provide technical support to small and medium sized companies in the UK and Europe.

This is a great opportunity to join this well established Newbury company as it sets up a new team providing outsourced technical support. In this role you will provide first line telephone and email support, managing accurate incident and fault logging, prioritising, categorising and escalating as and when required. You will liaise with users to gain additional information, keep them informed about the status of their calls, and support the 2nd line technical support adviser.

You will have a good standard of general education with about a year?s previous experience of working in a technical team and/or helpdesk environment. You will be PC literate and have good experience with MS Office. In addition you must have a strong customer focus, a clear speaking voice and excellent team commitment. You will need to be flexible on hours and there are excellent future prospects for the right candidate as the team grows.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
