ACCOUNT MANAGER / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / DIRECT MAIL ACCOUNT MANAGER is required by this forward thinking market leader based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We are looking for an experienced In-House Account Manager ideally from the Direct Mail / Print industry for a role which will involve all aspects of Account Management including:
Project management of key accounts from enquiry/quotation stage through to mailing out, Maintaining a high level of service to ensure client expectations are met/exceeded, Liaising with external suppliers and other companies from within the Group, Outsourcing print and mailing elements for clients, Upon job completion reconcile all internal and external costs and raise invoices.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience of Account Management, Knowledge of Data Processing, Database Management and Fulfilment, Excellent communication skills both written and oral, The ability to work as part of a growing team, Excellent attention to detail.
