Customer Support Executive - Tauton Somerset



A great opportunity to join a Taunton based IT consultancy for a Customer focused individual

Role will involve

Day-to-day product support, to include assistance with technical and product-related issues

Customer communication via email and telephone.

Configuration of new customer?s sites, including any personalisation required.

Data loading of content from source documents to SQL Server database.

Ideal candidate will have

Ability to problem solve using an analytical and creative approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills A confident telephone manner
Experience of using a range of different software packages.
Strong numeracy skills.
High level of accuracy and patience

Any exposure to SQL would be a distinct advantage
