A highly successful company require a Business Process Designer for their offices in Warwick. Working for a successful and expanding company the role comes with the potential to become the Manager of a small team of Developers. The successful candidate will have in-depth commercial experience in a similar role and will ideally be educated to degree level. The candidate will have experience with; modelling, test and automation technologies.
You will be required to; capture current manual and semi-automated processes and analyse them to create best practices, implement system processes that will take over co-ordination of the existing process in a highly efficient manner, develop and co-ordinate the testing of the systems before they go live and, dealing with live process exceptions. You will therefore need exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions in order to meet deadlines. You will also need excellent communication skills to explain how a process might work and negotiate processes between departments.
