Consultant Tasks

?Make sales calls; to grow and develop new business, build and maintain existing business
?Keep accurate teacher & school notes on the system
?Update teacher availability, build report and find them appropriate work
?Survey and categorise schools according to potential and receptiveness
?Interview teachers and process pending applications (doc chases)
?Offer introductory deals / ?Back to School? & other promotions
?Complete both: short term, long term and permanent bookings
?Contact schools as part of Continuous Appraisal of Teachers (CATs)
?Contact schools for Rebooks and advance course dates & perm assignments
?Give feedback to teachers according to CATs
?Produce ads to appear on various internet job boards that Step Teachers advertise with
?Understand and keep up to date with the Step Teachers recruitment process, policy and procedures
