? At least 3 years recent experience of human resources, education or social care recruitment practice,
? Good management skills
? At least 3 years extensive sales knowledge and experience and can close a deal
? Must be able to work to tight deadlines and also work under pressure
Skills and abilities
? Degree and a relevant post-graduate qualification.
? Good interpersonal skills.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
? Ability to prepare reports, give talks and presentations using powerpoint for a variety of audiences.
? Ability to develop, learn and take on board new challenges and continually improve performance and achieve high standards.
? Ability to work as part of a team and work on own initiative
? Ability to work to a high level of achievement, organising a full workload and priorities duties which are the most important.
? Good general IT skills in Windows and ability to use MS Word
