Our client is currently looking for Senior HR Officer to be based in their Dubai office.

Successful candidates would need to have:
Degree (Engineering preferred but not essential.) and
Other Qualification: H R / Personnel / Recruitment qualification

Excellent Communication skills (written/spoken/interviewing) skills in English & be Computer literate with experience of MS Office applications. Exposed to an ERP system.

To be successful the employee should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Ability to evaluate the job and draft Job Specifications & Descriptions.

Exposed to competency based selection procedures and Occupational Assessment.

Conversant with Assessment Centres, Selection Tests and Tools.

Strong interviewing & negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Excellent organisational, planning skills with an attention to details.

Ability to understand the business and knowledge of local labour laws, employment market trends and practices.

Commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment (QHSE).

They would be responsible for supervising the Recruitment Coordinator & Recruitment Assistant.

Recruitment Officer will be responsible to provide a comprehensive recruitment service within a high volume recruitment environment.
