My client is an international Law Firm based in the City of London with a strong client base in the UK and in continental Europe. The firm has over 100 partners and 650 staff world wide and expect revenue in the order of £75million this year so they are a great place to have on your CV if youre an HR professional.
The role will require you to be involved in the recruitment of business support staff such as IT, paralegals and secretarial staff as well as advise on matters such as absence, grievance, disciplinary and dismissal issues. You will also be involved with exit interviews, presentation of data to senior line managers, benefits and maternity queries and ad hoc HR projects.
The ideal person will be CIPD or at least part CIPD qualified with experience of a similar in a role large environment such as professional services or blue chip or Finance. You will of course be articulate and have a fluent command of the English language as well as being well presented. Your IT skills will also be up to scratch with Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
