Senior HR Executive : London : c. £40,000pa neg + 25 days? holiday + pension + STL + gym membership loan

Are you ready to step up to a number 2 role providing a full operational service to a professional and demanding client group?

Reporting to the European HR Director, you will work as part of the HR team providing a full generalist service to around 500 staff in the UK and Europe. Your focus will be to work closely with your client managers to help them deliver their business objectives. You will provide advice and coaching on people issues including recruitment, training, performance management and organisational development. In addition you will provide some mentoring and coaching to the other staff in the European HR team.

With a degree-level education and CIPD qualification or equivalent, you are a competent and confident HR generalist with sound experience across all areas of the role. You have excellent presentation and training/coaching skills, together with a thorough understanding of employment law (both UK and, ideally, some European), and the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships at all organisational levels.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK, as well as be able to travel freely throughout Europe to be considered for this role.
