We are recruiting Sales Consultants and Team Leaders for our Permanent and Contract recruitment teams at our City office which is complemented by our other offices in Edinburgh and Bristol.
We are interested in experienced B2B sales people and sales team leaders from the IT arena who are looking to develop their career and realise their earning potential. Where required you will receive individual mentor based training to extend your natural sales skills. Responsibility and progression will be awarded quickly on the basis of merit.
The Roles:
Consultants will be responsible for direct sales, negotiation and growing their own business fully supported by systems, infrastructure and experience Abrecco has developed to succeed in the current marketplace. To succeed you will need to be active, persistent and professional and prepared to give it your all. These roles will primarily require phone sales skills interspersed with key client visits. Team leaders will need to lead by example to motivate and guide their teams.
