A Fantastic Opportunity has arisen at a leading Technical Recruitment Consultancy based in Central Birmingham.
We are looking to recruit a very ambitious individual to join our established software division as a resourcer where your main purpose of the role will be to assist the IT consultants in sourcing excellent candidates for various technical positions.
Your daily responsibilities will include;
- Searching an existing state of the art database and Internet Job Boards to source candidates
- Profiling / Screening candidates to assess their current situation and suitability for roles,
- Selling role to candidates
- Generating and gathering leads for future business opportunities
- Arranging interviews
- General administration tasks ie : ensuring the database is kept up to date
The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills both written and verbal and will ideally be educated to a high standard.
Previous recruitment experience is not essential as full professional training will be provided although a sales background would be advantageous.
