Summary Description
You will support the UK team in providing destination services such as finding homes, schools, and providing settling-in assistance to our clients moving to the UK. This is a pivotal and valued position as the candidate with be relied upon to assist in servicing the needs of our clients, their relocating employees, and internally within the organization. This is a very diverse role and would suit someone from an estate agent background with a good knowledge of the property market in the UK, and particularly London and surrounding areas.

Some responsibilities include; Working with transferees moving to the UK to set expectations regarding life in the UK, managing consultants in the delivery of home and school searches, lease negotiations, lease preparations, liaising with estate agents, setting up utility accounts, general office management, management of external suppliers, assistance with client reviews/reports, presentations, spreadsheets, general correspondence, filing and other related functions to ensure the smooth running of the office. To succeed, the candidate must be a highly energetic team player who thrives on hard work and responsibility.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements include:
-General knowledge of the property market in London and the Home Counties
-Experience for an estate agent or property solicitor would be an advantage
-Must be proficient on Windows and MS Office and be able to quickly learn in-house and other identified software programs.
-Strong human relations and interpersonal skills to develop/maintain working relationships with clients, transferees, suppliers and other employees.
-Must have good attention to detail to ensure materials sent to transferees, clients and suppliers contain the correct information and are error free.
-Strong planning and time management skills.
-A self-starter, with a willingness to help grow and develop the role.
-Overseas experience and a second language will be looked on favourably
