A fabulous opportunity for a business developer. Our client is a leading provider of temporary nursing and doctor business across growing market sectors for the given territory. They are looking for a regional business manager responsible for building and maintaining all new business and new client relationships.

The company is building on its success over recent years and is looking to add to their commercial sales team. They currently have 3 different territories available.

The Regional Manager?s main priority and responsibility lies in developing new business from new clients across all market sectors. In addition the RM is responsible for generating new business from new departments or functions within existing client structures.

Regional Managers will be responsible for new sales of both temporary nursing and locum doctor services within their defined territory.

You will be required to identify and meet with decision makers in the Community Care Sector, Independent Sector, Private Hospitals, Medical Companies, NHS Trusts, and Industry amongst others, and create detailed staffing solutions tailored to their specific needs. The successful candidate will possess a bright, intelligent and business development personality together with excellent communication and rapport building skills and must be driven by reward and success. This role would suit someone looking to make a career in premium medical services development and marketing.

Person Specification

-2 yrs medical sales/marketing experience preferred
-Knowledge of locum and/or nursing staffing in healthcare
-Business Developer
-Good organisational skills essential
-Self starter, able to prioritise and make quick decisions
-Good commercial awareness

Remuneration

Package- Basic circa 35k OTE c. £42-47K+ (inc. neg. basic, bonus & benefits)
