Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the buzz of recruitment, working to tight deadlines and thrives on being exceptionally busy?
Would you be interested in a resourcer role that would enable you to take a step back from the pressure of sales?
Are you highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative?
Are you PC Literate and able to work from home?
If you can answer yes to 4 questions then we would like to hear from you.
Working alongside our consultant your role will be to as follows:
o Receive and review candidate CVs
o Screen CVs against short-listing criteria.
o Prepare shortlist for Recruiter to review.
o Telephone candidates to qualify availability/ location/ salary.
o Contact candidates to arrange and conduct telephone interviews in relation to the roles as agreed with the consultant.
o Filter out unsuitable candidates.
o Schedule interviews.
o Contact candidate?s prior to interview to ensure attendance.
o Obtain Interview feedback from the candidates and feedback to the consultant in charge of the role.
o Manage the candidates through the full recruitment life cycle from initial screening through to placement.
This is a fantastic role that would suit someone who has a background in recruitment and is keen to earn a substantial amount of money working from home.
In return your commission will be based on the revenue you generate in a month.
Up to £15,000 - 16%, £15,001 - £25,000 - 18%, £25,001 and above - 20%
