Recruitment Consultant - Nottingham - £18K - £30K basic + Fantastic Commission.

You will have 12 months plus recruitment experience in a professional recruitment sector. You will be comfortable researching clients, resourcing candidates and developing , strong client relationships : i.e the full 360 recruitment process. You will be ambitious, hard working and confident. In return, my client will treat you as a mature sales professional : will not bombard you with ineffective micro management techniques to make you do things. They will substantially reward you for any success, support you in a team based environment and allow you to have fun on the way.
