Are you successful and confident admin and clerical recruitment consultant looking for your next challenge? My client is looking for a new consultant to join their expanding team in Central London and City. The existing team has a combined experience of over 65 years so there are plenty of people to bounce off to take your career to the next level?.

The role is varied and interesting with no two days ever being the same. The Consultant role involves placing candidates into temporary or permanent assignments, interviewing and registering candidates, maintaining existing client relationships through regular contact both over the telephone and face to face, contacting potential clients to win new business - through direct sales, visits and marketing.

The ideal consultant will have previous recruitment experience however my client will look at people with solid sales/customer services experience. You must be able to build rapport and relationships with different people. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must enjoy sales and be prepared to work to sales targets. As well as this, you must be well organised with the ability to multitask and have good attention to detail.
