RECRUITMENT BRANCH MANAGER- INDUSTRIAL-COVENTRY
With a history of over 40 years in the recruitment business our client has a deep understanding of the recruitment market and deliver effective temporary, permanent and contract solutions to employers of all sizes and in all sectors and currently seek an experienced Industrial Branch Manager for their Coventry location.
Your proven industrial management experience and strong commercial awareness, demonstrates your ability to inspire, lead and motivate others, to create and follow business plans, identify and secure new market share and to establish and build a highly successful industrial team. As a strong exponent of team effort, you lead by example and are yourself a proven ?self- biller? contributing to team/branch targets.
Your main duties will be:
? constantly using creative marketing techniques to increase awareness of our brand to both candidates and clients
? Use of effective business development techniques, to bring on new, and enhance your existing clients
? Manage the recruitment and induction processes for new starters.
? Review staff performance on a regular basis, providing support and coaching where required.
? Ensure all staff are achieving their personal sales targets, and meeting all necessary levels of service, and quality
? Ensure that clients and applicants constantly receive an expected level of service
? Ensure all administration and legal requirements are met to company standard
Salary c -30k DOE + Commission + Car + extensive range of benefits
Proven management experience within an Industrial recruitment agency is essential
