My client is a successful Finance Recruitment Consultancy with a strong presence within the South by attracting the very best candidates and providing their clients with tailored solutions including Retained Search and Advertised Selection.

The Finance proposition has significant growth plans linked to a proposed IPO in 2008 and so require a proven and experienced consultant to support and further develop existing and new clients within Finance recruiting qualified accountants across financial control, strategy and corporate development, financial planning and analysis and audit.

The need is for a Principal Consultant to assist the Managing Consultant in defining and implementing the short and medium term aspects of your team?s market strategy (0-2 years) that will enable you to exceed Sales targets in line with agreed budget targets. Generate new and repeat business that delivers a profitable mix in line with agreed targets for a Consultant team of between 2 and 5 including yourself in a single site single market team.

Achieve agreed targeted revenues from recruitment activities, media sales and Client Services as well as working effectively with horizontal teams e.g. Interims, International and Finance. Develop and deliver professional presentations that secure new and repeat business and build the market brand. To identify, make recommendations on and implement successful marketing initiatives and the best attraction method for each campaign and achieve your advertising target.
