Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Commercial - Manchester

£Up to 22k basic, Uncapped OTE

You will join a vibrant, busy and professional team, who are currently sharing some great successes.

Your main focus will be to develop your own client base through maximising sales leads, and ensure you constantly sell client services effectively.
As a confident recruiter you should be able to hit the ground running, and there is an extremely competitive bonus structure in place with many incentives to continually keep you motivated.

As a Recruitment Consultant within Manchester your main duties and responsibilities would be:
?Build and manage your own client base to produce successful desk.
?Constantly using creative marketing techniques to increase awareness of our brand to both candidates and clients
?Use of effective business development techniques, to bring on new, and enhance your existing clients.
?Matching candidate and client needs
?Visits to new and existing clients
?Attending HR seminars
?Corporate events

The successful candidate will be sales focused with a commercial awareness, and have worked within recruitment, preferably in the Commercial sector.
As you will be dealing with more senior roles, placing with A-Z blue chip clients, you must have first class customer service skills, a confident, professional telephone manner, and the ability to build strong business relationships.
This is a diverse role, so you should be able to prioritise your workload, and manage time effectively.
