National Recruitment Business Development Manager Required : Preferably based Northern England

Salary dependant on experience.

An exciting and unique opportunity exists to join an expanding company within the Recruitment Marketplace, specialising in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare markets. Our client is a forward thinking recruitment organisation, allowing their staff to think innovatively and allow a flexible and creative working environment.

Due to expansion, our client is looking to take on a highly motivated Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for gaining and developing new clients and business opportunities within the Private Healthcare Market.
The Business Development Manager will develop opportunities to recruit for permanent and contract sales teams as well as clinical roles within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will preferably have:
? A successful, proven track record in sales
? Experience in new business development
? Experience working in healthcare/pharmaceutical recruitment
? A background/contacts working in the Private Healthcare market

The successful applicant will be joining an extremely proactive and commercially focussed company who will support, lead and develop their staff from the outset.

This role is a telephone and field based business development role, with a great opportunity to work from home. Candidates would be expected to manage their time in accordance with what brings the greatest benefit to the business.

The ideal candidates will preferably live in the Yorkshire area, however applications elsewhere will be considered. Applicants must have a minimum of a degree qualification.

Basic salary 20-30k depending on experience.
OTE 40-70k dependant on business gained.
