We are a small, specialist, technical recruitment consultancy looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. We are keen to hear from people with a flare for sales or some sales experience and a strong interest in IT / the computing industry. You must be a good communicator and have a confident personality. This is a sales position so you must be comfortable with that and the prospect of talking to people "cold". This position has the potential to be highly rewarding; the only limit on your earning potential is you! Base salary of £16k initially, rising to £18-20k on completion of training. You will however make most of your money through our industry leading commission scheme! The only question you need ask yourself is "how much do you want it?"
