Human Resources Generalist - Cambridge : Up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits

Excellent opportunity for a CIPD-qualified generalist with international experience.

My client is a well-established technical software company with around 1500 employees throughout the world. Owing to their continued expansion they are looking for an HR Generalist to join their Cambridge team, providing support to employees in Cambridge, Sweden and Finland.

Reporting to the UK-based HR Director, and working with a recruiter, you will provide a full range of HR support covering employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development and HR information systems. You will take responsibility for projects within your area, with better and more accurate ways of assessing and improving employee performance being an upcoming item of importance. Operationally you will work closely with your client managers and some travel will be necessary, both within Europe and to the US.

You must have around 5 years? experience covering the full range of HR activities, and you must have worked with an international client group, preferably in Scandinavia but certainly Europe and/or the US. On a personal level you employ a diplomatic but firm coaching style, and enjoy working as part of a team. You must be graduate calibre and CIPD qualified, with a firm grasp of current employment law and best practice, and excellent attention to detail.
