HR (Organisation Development Manager)

Salary - £50,000-£60,000

Location- Leicester.

Our client is a leading name in the non-profit sector and has a varied and interesting workforce employed over multiple locations nationally.

The experienced HR individual will be capable of implementing and delivering a portfolio of inter-related HR projects in support of the overall strategy of attracting, motivating and retaining the best people, including projects relating to Recruitment & Branding, Equality & Diversity, Talent Management, Pay & Rewards, Manageability, Learning, Communication & Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations.

You will need strong negotiation and influencing skills. The ability to plan and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines.
Strong computer skills are required including Microsoft word, PowerPoint and database programmes.

Travel throughout UK will be required.
