HR and Recruitment Officer - Corby, Northants (with travel to other sites) - £25-30k
You will work with the Recruitment services manager to deliver a comprehensive permanent recruitment service across the whole of Support Services. You will be involved in managing agency contracts and reducing agency spend, Long and short listing, Relationship management with the local HR teams, Interviewing and co-ordinating a range of recruitment methods including assessment centres, You will also be responsible for working with the HR team to produce manpower information using the new company system. You will co-ordinate the production of a range of regular and ad-hoc management reports as well as producing activity reports from the shared services team.
You may already have experience of providing a recruitment service and working with HR information systems. However, your enthusiasm, determination to succeed and willingness to ?muck in? as part of a team will be your most important assets in this role.
