HR Advisor/ Manager : Part-time : Hayes £35,000 pro-rata 2 days a week (£14,000)

Our client is a logistic company based in Hayes. Providing end-to-end solutions covering every aspect of fulfilment from bulk receipt of your material, multichannel order processing, picking and packing, and despatch and delivery. Accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and is also accredited under QMP, the quality standard for mail production.

Due to the expansion our client is seeking to employ a HR Advisor/ Manager part-time working from their head office in Hayes.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and will hold a CIPD qualification. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of employment legislation and experience of managing day-to-day HR issues, ideally for a multi-site organisation. You will be well organised with a first class work ethic and you will be capable of communicating effectively and confidently with people at all levels.
