HR Advisor - London

Salary - Dependant on Experience

Our Client based in London City is currently looking for a full time HR Advisor to join our busy HR team. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a full range of generalist HR practices across our South studios. And you will be working as part of a forward thinking and pro-active HR team. Supporting our London, Bristol and Winchester practices; you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service and support to our staff of architects, designers and engineers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practice and evidence of recent success within a busy, commercial environment. You will have detailed knowledge of employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and recruitment.

You will be a highly motivated team player, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will have, excellent communication skills and technical proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
