We are looking for a HR administrator to work for one of our high profile clients ion the Longbenton area of Newcastle. The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective Human Resources administration service to customers from across the business.

Human Resources Administrator responsibilities

1. Act as a key point of contact for human resource teams, line managers and employees to resolve basic human resource related queries.
2. Advise managers and employees on routine HR issues/processes such as maternity leave and terms and conditions of employment. Refer non-routine issues to the relevant HR Advisor where appropriate.
3. Update and maintain manual/computerised employee records. Ensure timely and accurate input of all data onto the HR system.
4. Produce amendments to contracts of employment and deal with leavers and accompanying administration promptly.
5. Assist with new starter administration when required.
6. Administration of Fleet Management.

Administrator Requirements - General

1. To demonstrate the companies values of passion, pride, professionalism, reliability, clarity, and integrity.
2. An understanding of a Human Resources function.
3. To demonstrate numeracy and a high degree of accuracy.
4. Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
5. Well organised with an ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands effectively.
6. Ability to use a communication style, which is appropriate to the audience.
7. Genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service and an ability to promote a positive attitude within the team.
8. Work in partnership with other groups, teams, customers and suppliers.
