My client is a leading Recruiter with offices spread throughout the country. They require an Area Manager for their Branches in Hertfordshire, Essex and London. This is a very important and demanding role and only the best applicants need apply.

Candidates must have the following capabilities:


- You must be of strong character with a real desire to build and develop a successful career.
- A minimum of 3 years in a recruitment management and prior experience in a multi site supervisory position is essential.
- You must possess excellent Business Development skills.
- Good people skills for both client and Employee relationships.
- Good track Billing track record in recruitment.
- You must be very organized with a fine attention to detail.
- Able to put together and manage a good team.
- An aggressive Sales person with tenacity to win.

Package - Basic Salary is Negotiable- Fully Expensed - Non contributory Pension + Healthcare.
