Market - Research Manager : Market Research - South East - Healthcare


A very successful and continually expanding market research agency has an exciting opportunity for a Research Manager to join their growing team. The company provides research solutions across a broad range of sectors and specifically looking for a high calibre individual to head the Healthcare sector. You role will be to ensure the successful management of projects with hands-on approach in controlling the day-to-day running of projects. You will also be required to nurture and develop junior members.

You will have overall responsibility for research projects, from commission to completion. Through developing healthy relationships with clients and suppliers it will be your role to maximise project execution whilst simultaneously being responsible for all research materials from questionnaire design to data analysis and presentation. The Research manager will be required to co-ordinate internal teams, manage the presentation process to ensure all presentations are insightful and impacting. You will also be involved with the pitch process closely supporting the sales teams.

To be eligible for this unique opportunity you need to have a degree and extensive experience of qualitative research preferably gained within an agency environment. You need to have displayed a proved track record in management of clients and the leadership of projects as well as experience of different research methods and strong analytical skills. Most importantly you should be passionate and enthusiastic, with the ability to think outside the box and deliver key insights to clients. This company offers a fantastic package which includes private healthcare, 25 days holiday, a company bonus and a basic salary of up to £38,000 (dependent on experience).
