Agency Manager - West London : Wooburn Green - Bucks : HP10 - salary £29k - £30k + Excellent Benefits Package
We are looking for an Agency Manager to work for one of our high profile clients in West London (HP10).
This position will cover the management of 2 agencies - role profile below
1. Job Purpose
-To manage and develop all services run by the agency in line with business objectives and processes
-To ensure all services meet the expectations of commissioners and customers
-To pursue new business opportunities where appropriate and contribute to the development of the overall business.
2. Key Accountabilities
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the agency. Drive forward necessary change and development in line with the business plan. Contribute to the success of Staying Put both locally and nationally.
-Manage the staff team effectively within company guidelines to ensure maximum individual effort, personal development and team performance.
-Responsible for the financial performance of the agency, including delivering the service within the local funding available and reporting financial information appropriately to the company.
-To develop and maintain successful relationships with commissioners and potential commissioners of agency services which contribute to the success of the business
-Develop and maintain successful relationships with other partners and participate fully in joint work where appropriate
-Develop and maintain a culture of continual customer service improvement, overseeing services delivered to customers and being responsible for ensuring that these services are delivered in an appropriate manner
-To ensure that the Agency achieves and maintains accreditation from appropriate awarding organisations
-Set challenging agency performance objectives in partnership with commissioners and the ASP Senior Management team and ensure objectives are met
-Undertake business planning processes which use best practice to review the viability of the business, analyse the external operating environment, predict the needs of commissioners and customers and use this information to plan appropriately
-Provide reports to the standard and in the time scales expected by commissioners and company Staying Put Senior Management Team
-Provide comprehensive and accurate information to the Staying Put Senior Management team for agency and individual performance assessment
-To continuously improve personal knowledge and awareness of issues relating to agency work and use it to the benefit of the agency
