A proactive and enthusiastic Account Manager is required to work on some major new accounts with a multi award winning Healthcare PR agency in their London office. The company has been established for over 10 years and specialises in strategic publication planning and execution, health professional outreach, meeting support services, and interactive programming for the pharmaceutical industry. Specific areas of expertise include diabetes, Cystic Fibrosis, Molecular Diagnostics, Pain, Oncology, Heart Failure, Hematology, HIV/AIDS and Immunology. You will be responsible for

? Client liaison and strategic council to steer profitable professional and public educational initiatives
? Event management : publication planning and writing editing and reviewing written materials for conferences
? Building advocacy and engaging opinion leaders across therapy areas, to outperform campaign success indicators
? Budget control
? Line management
? Maximizing organic business growth opportunities and driving new business through strategic targeting and pitching


Suitable candidates will have at least 3 years experience gained within a Healthcare PR Agency, be organised, committed and an enthusiastic team player. You will have experience of managing a team and developing new business. You will also possess exceptional writing skills and good financial knowledge / budget handling experience.
