An enterprising healthcare communications agency with offices around the globe has the outstanding opportunity for an Account Director to join their London office. You will be leading some of the most exciting International accounts, specialising in serious hospital infection and rheumatoid arthritis, and be the primary contact for major Pharmaceutical clients. With expertise in brand and KOL strategy it makes this a fantastic agency to apply to.

As an Account Director reporting to the Client Services Director you will be responsible for managing client accounts to consistently high levels, developing strategic promotional or educational campaigns, researching specific therapy areas for potential new projects and establishing and delivering communication programmes that meet brand marketing objectives. You will also delegate projects and actions to specific teams and check that work created by other departments meets the original client brief.

Suitable candidates for the Account Director position will ideally have a strong background within Medical Communications or Healthcare PR. This role would ideally suit a Senior Account Manager or Account Director looking to diversify and develop their career. You will also have an excellent academic record with a life science degree or similar qualification. Candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
