You would be working in the Technologies Team for a leading UK online games publisher and developer - with over 5,500,000 players around the world.

We are looking to recruit Graduates who are exceptional and passionate programmers and who want to work with cutting edge technology, in a fast paced environment.

Job Role

Joining the Technologies Team you would be working with the companys code libraries, scripting language and game engine technologies, with successful candidates being proficient in all aspects of programming and able to code in a succinct manner.

Essential Requirements: Candidates must have the following:

" An absolute passion for programming and have developed programmes as a hobby or for fun;
" Proven track record of creating programmes to a high standard (either as a hobby or commercially);
" Extremely proficient in using C, C++ or JAVA;
" The ability to laterally identify multiple solutions to a problem and choose the simplest option.
" Experience working with early platforms such as 8 bit or 16 bit programs.

Desirable:

" Achieved a degree classification (first or upper second class) in Computer Science or in a degree which contains mathematical elements;
" Assembler programming experience;
" Industry experience, including sandwich years, summer placements or freelance work.

Salary:

Salary is negotiable and extremely competitive. The package will also have benefits including annual bonus, private health care and gym membership. You will be working in a friendly and relaxed environment with people of similar interests. You must be prepared to relocate to Cambridge.
