This is a tweleve week temporary contract working for our prestigious client based in Worthing, West Sussex.

The successful applicant would need to be available to start work on Wednesday 27th June 2007.

This role would suit an individual who has a strong Call Centre background and who has previously held managerial/supervisory roles. Leading, motivating and training of staff is an essential part of this position. Full details of the role are as follows:

To lead, manage, motivate and develop an Operational Team, supporting and delivering on a series of predetermined Service Delivery Targets. To achieve maximum behavioural and performance standards by informing and delivering best practices across the team of people.
