We currently have an Administrator vacancy for our esteemed Cheltenham based client, firmly cemented as a top company in the Financial Service Sector. Located in the Heart of England, neighbouring Wales and the Cotswold?s our client has excellent history and turnover in it?s three major vertical markets and is a great place to serve a large team, utilise your administration and clerical skills and develop your career in Financial Services.

The Company:
Our client has over 20 years experience in the industry, with their first client signed 1987 and has in the region of 45 administration staff. They administer around 62,000 life, pensions and investment policies on behalf of six UK providers
They perform in excess of 14,000 transactions are each month and currently manage funds circa £702 million. They launched their Annuities service in October 2006. They are also Investors in People accredited.
The culture of department is an administrative contact centre, target driven and very people/client focused.

Role and Key Responsibilities:
? Complete tasks within agreed targets, enabling team to achieve its business plan objectives.
? Acquire and apply knowledge effectively, whilst avoiding re-work to achieve required levels of productivity.
? Ensure all work is undertaken according to documented procedures and regulatory requirements.
? Ensure quality standards are met and controls are complied with to avoid re-work.
? Challenge existing systems, processes and controls to improve efficiency, quality and service.
? Display initiative and flexibility in order to exceed customer expectations.
? Provide and receive desk-side training.

Qualifications and Previous Experience Required:
? You must have Annuities experience
? Systems P/C Skills
? Product Knowledge
? Business Administration
? Legal & Compliance Knowledge
? Customer Service Delivery
