Our client are looking for experienced, self starting Financial Advisers with the drive to create opportunities from introducers as well as existing clients.

With an IFA, bank or tied background, highly competent in a regulated role, ideally you will hold the AFPC (including G60), and be confident advising H.N.W.I. and corporate clients.

Excellent potential exists for the right person who is keen to develop as our business grows, and is committed to viewing this in the longer term.

MAIN FUNCTION OF JOB:

To provide high quality financial advice (life, pensions and investment) to new and existing clients of FFL delivering required services and advice within the agreed standards.

Advice being offered on a fee, commission or combination of fee and commission.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide regulated financial advice to new and existing clients. Clients may include; individuals, corporate (owner managers of SMEs), Pension Trustees and Trustees.

Maintain and develop on-going relationships with clients.

Maintain and develop on-going relationships with introducers.

Develop referrals from our client?s fee earners and Partners.

Produce structured financial planning reports which clarify / explains your advice to your client and meets the regulatory requirements of the business.

Be able to work in an employed environment, adhering to office regulations and protocol.

Be confident and proficient in the use of MS Office suite : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, (Access desirable)

Be confident in delivering formal presentations

Able to work as part of a team.

Able to liaise and prioritise work-load with other members of the team.

Qualifications/education/skills:

Good Educational Background. Likely to be minimum A? level or equivalent

FPC, AFPC (or demonstrable progress towards AFPC) and ideally G60, K10 & K20. Must be prepared to continue with professional qualifications.

IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office suite, on-line financial services.

Experience required:

You will most probably come from an IFA or tied background and be able to evidence 3 years successful track record in a regulated role.

Benefit Package:

Salary commensurate with experience : starting salary, likely to be in the range of £30-£45k

27 days annual leave or pro-rata for part time

Hours 36.25 per week : Part timers will be considered for minimum of 3 days per week
