Environmental Science Sales / Sales : Business Development Manager : UK

A growing independent supplier of environmental analysis equipment is seeking a determined Business Development Manager to develop business within the water utilities, environmental and research sectors. This company has been established for over 50 years and manufacture their unique range of products in the US.

This role will require you to work independently to identify potential new customers and arrange visits to close sales. You will work closely and report to the sales director on your progress in developing these new market sectors. This role will require extensive travel throughout the UK to meet your customers.

Suitable candidates for this role should have extensive success in sales and ideally have sold a similar product range. You should also be educated to degree level in a environmental science although other disciplines such as chemistry or engineering may also be considered.
