The company
An automotive component manufacturing facility producing Body-in-White (BIW) components and sunroof assemblies

The role
Main responsibilities include:

-Co-ordinate and communicate to set the most efficient PPM and fault resolution plans based upon associate skill, availability and workload.
-Co-ordinate & control the daily activities to achieve department and business plan objectives.
-Support the maintenance teams in carrying out Equipment maintenance & improvements
-Assign right person right job.

The candidate
Some of the required skills/capabilities:
-Full indentured mech/elect apprenticeship or equivalent
-Demonstrable practical experience working in Facilities environment
-Demonstrable practical experience in Facilities Supervisory roll
-Understands HVAC systems
-Understands Compressed air and pressure systems
-Experience of fire alarm & smoke vent systems
-Experience & knowledge of gas fired Boilers & Burners
-Good Mech or elect skills
