You will be required to be a physicist or engineer with a 1st or 2.1 degree and phd. Have sound knowledge of optical simulation software, imaging optics and optical design, fabrication and testing. The candidate will also be required to have the ability to lead in a technically demanding development projects, participate in client interface, communications and management.
