Purpose: To schedule work for the Engineers to meet the requirements of the maintenance plan,
taking account of annual leave and training requirements and manage the asset database.
Responsible To: Assistant Facilities Manager
Location: Waterside, London Heathrow.
Dimensions: The maintenance planner for Waterside will be responsible for allocating work to
approximately 20 engineers. Working closely with the administrator and Building Services
Supervisor to ensure that contract SLAs are met and work is allocated to appropriately
skilled staff. Ensuring that work is prioritised to meet operational requirements

Principle Accountabilities:
? Allocate planned and reactive works to Engineers
? Maintain the asset database using various tools
? Manage workflow via handheld technology
? Site personnel administration
? Control of sub contractor PPM, attendance and completion of contract maintenance
? Raising remedial works for PPM, Water Treatment and other statutory inspections as required
? Ensure alignment of maintenance plan and schedule at all times
? Control the read and return register for Compliance Bulletins
? Work proactively with the service delivery team members to ensure all changes arising are captured effectively to the prescribed standards
? Administer and maintain Company databases, records and work scheduling systems, including annual leave
? Provide data analysis, including life cycle costing and reporting where required to support the team
? Update Schedule 3 via MAXIMO version 6
? Data entry (receipting) of MWRs and Purchase Orders
? IMS / EMS document control
? Administration and supervision of change control process
? You will be required to promote quality customer service and feedback from all members of the team.
? Administer a continuous review of the PPM Plan aligned to the principles of the asset management policy
Qualifications and Experience:
? Able to demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of the relevant PPM maintenance strategies
? Able to analyse data and information to create the required reports
? Detailed understanding of financial issues
? Effective communicator to all levels internal and external
? Able to influence decision-making
? Strong problem solving skills
? 1 years experience of infrastructure works delivery in an operational environment
? Proven track record of getting results through others preferably in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
? Grounding in all types of planning techniques and time management
