Fire technicians, - South East, M25 - £32k per annum+ company car + excellent company benefits

Our client in the UK is a leading specialist mechanical and electrical engineering and facilities services company, with more than 100 years of experience. They provide a total life cycle of care for a facility, including the design, build and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, then the ongoing maintenance of these services and the provision of integrated facilities management.
A vacancy has arisen for three Fire Technicians for the Fire & Security Department within the Specialist Services Division.

Principle Accountabilities:
? To provide first line System Maintenance, Reactive & Small or Extra
Works to, Automatic Fire, Fire Extinguishing, and Fire Aspiration Alarm
Systems, with response to CCTV, Access Control and Security Systems
Qualifications and Experience:
? Ability to Configure and Maintain PC software packages used for
configuration and maintenance purposes
? Proven experience with fire/security systems network data communication
and sub graphics system
? High Level of knowledge of relevant Fire standards BS 5839 Pt 1 : 2002,
BS 6266 Pt 1 : 2002 BS 7273 Standards
? High Level of knowledge of relevant Security standards (BS4737,
PD6662, DD243, BS5839) with working knowledge of NACP.
? Excellent diagnostic and fault finding skills, with the ability to resolve by
elimination or technical recommendations.
? Advanced PC and LAN/WAN Networking skills, including OS level
operation.
? Small works estimating and quotation experience
? Ability to implement a program of works, and team / self-delivery to
deadline timescales.
? Valid full driving licence, preferably clean

This role includes covering an area withing the M25 and would ideally suit candidates living within Sussex/Kent and Surrey as it involves work in and around the M25.
