Engineering shift team leader GSK - Stevenage

£32,800 per annum+Bupa+excellent company benefits

Our client is one of the largest facilities management companies in the world. They are currently looking for an engineering shift team leader to work at there prestigious clients site at Glaxo Smith Kline in Stevenage.
Reporting to the area technician you will be appertaining to operational matters, regulatory and statutory compliance on this site. You will be accountable for ensuring that regulatory activities are carried out, in compliance with GSK Quality System and the Company IMS as it applies to the contract by competent employees as defined in GSK and EFS Cross Site SOPs, Processes, local SOPs together with any adopted procedures from site based user Groups. Other aspects to the role involve maintenance of plant and facilities to ensure appropriate and correct operation, to efficiently and reliably operate within specification while ensuring that records are maintained in line with operational, regulatory and statutory practice.
The shift patterns run on a continental shift and are as follows one week of earlies and one week of lates so flexibility will be needed to fit within there schedules.
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
