A Top-Class Engineering Company are looking for someone to manage all their contractual arrangements, particularly involving the supply of specialist, high-value engineering equipment to major players in the Middle East. You should be experienced in the analysis and negotiation of contracts, ideally in an engineering environment. International exposure is also a strong point. You will be dealing with procurement specialists in end-user organisations as well as those in large contracting organisations, so resilience, determination and tact are required.

The ability to identify, manage and negotiate contractual provisions which represent undue risk is central to the position. That ability may have come from a QS or Commercial Manager background, but candidates with skills transferable from other industries and disciplines will be considered.
