Accommodations Officer (FM background) - London Heathrow airport
£27k per annum + excellent company benefits
Our client is one of the worlds leading facilities management companies and we are currently looking to recruit an accommodations officer to manage, control and monitor the service delivery of accommodation services for all areas except the CIP lounges promoting good customer service from all service providers at T5 at London Heathrow airport.
Reporting to the facilities service manager you will be expected to manage soft services in both front of house and back of house areas. Work with their customer service provider in the CIP Lounges to co-ordinate the repair and maintenance of soft furnishings. Jointly manage with BAA the cleaning subcontractor with approximately 40 sub contract staff reporting indirectly.
Work closely with the engineering team and removals team as required. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years experience in an FM related job and/or blue chip customer service environment.
